We strive to ensure all Two Circlers are given the support to learn the skills and behaviors they need not just to succeed at Two Circles, but to develop as people.
We believe that sport should be representative of the audiences it serves. Currently, it is not – neither on the pitch nor in the boardroom – and fixing this is essential for sport to fulfil its long-term growth potential.
