Operations Executive

Two Circles’ Rights team focuses on sponsorship sales, building compelling, data-driven brand partnership propositions and taking them to market, seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to work within our Rights Operations team, implementing project plans across our diverse portfolio of clients. The role has a range of duties which includes overseeing the quality and commercial relevance of marketing materials; communicating with internal functions; managing, and building relationships with external suppliers; budgeting; auditing of materials;and tracking stock movement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with project managers to create project plans managing client, supplier and internal deadlines
• Overseeing production workflow of bespoke marketing materials
• Quality control of bespoke marketing materials pre and post production
• Sourcing of physical and digital materials for design production
• Managing and building relationships with a range of external suppliers
• Budget management, auditing of materials and tracking stock movement
• Working with logistics companies to track and ensure fast and effective delivery of materials
• Ad hoc admin tasks for the team
• Supporting internal sales team alongside project managers.

• Highly organised, where concentrating on one task while working on multiple projects comes easily

• Commercially minded
• A proactive approach to challenging tasks with the ability to respond quickly when resolving problems
• Ability to obtain, and analyze data.
