As part of our agreement to deliver revenue growth in ticketing and premium experiences for the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe, we have built a dedicated sales team to focus on Ryder Cup 2023 and select European Tour Group Events.

The Premium Sales Administrator role is an exciting opportunity to be part of this high-performing sales team, working with colleagues who are committed to leading with an approach that differentiates against all existing providers in this space and ensuring they are able to hit and exceed sales targets.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding and articulating premium and ticketing products externally to clients
  • Working with the sales leadership team to manage and build relationships with third-party sales agents across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup.
  • Providing pricing and availability updates, ensuring logo and image usage is in line with brand guidelines
  • Processing orders via relevant ticketing platforms, ensuring orders are paid in a timely fashion
  • Accurate data inputting and data cleansing
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records across different platforms
  • Managing group mailboxes, distributing leads and directing requests to relevant individuals
  • Providing administrative support for the sales team, including liaising with the finance department and championing CRM best practice
  • Working closely with the Premium Sales Support Manager to deliver consistent and reliable assistance
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams such as ticketing, web/design, marketing, championship management and championship services
  • Working collaboratively with external suppliers, including ticketing suppliers and design agencies
  • Providing assistance where required with inventory management of online and offline sales.

What we’re looking for

  • 1-2 years experience within sales, events, or customer service roles
  • Keen to learn, motivated, enthusiastic, organised and task-oriented
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience of CRM systems. Salesforce experience would be advantageous, although not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail, literacy and numeracy
  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • Experience in dealing with clients in person and on the phone, in the run up to and at events
  • Ideally fluent in an additional European language
  • A passion for sport. An interest in golf is a bonus but is not a pre-requisite.

Though these are the basics written down, we will principally be recruiting for energy, values and commitment – both to Two Circles and to your career. In return, we can offer honesty, integrity, and the chance to progress in the organisation as quickly as you develop within it.

To register your interest and apply please email us with your CV and cover note.
